This UT series automatic edible food oil filling machine for bottle adopts serve ball-screw system to drive the piston cylinder. It's widely used in Food, Chemical, Medical, Cosmetics, Agrochemical industry, applicable for filling liquid, especially for high viscosity material and foamy liquid, such as: Oil, Sauce, Ketchup, Honey, Shampoo, Lotion Lubricant oil, etc. And it is suitable for barrels, jars and bottles of different sizes, shapes and volumes.
Micro-computer Filling Machine is suitable.It uses vertical structure with constant liquid level and time which realize the precise filling. It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation. The machine is equipped with electric scale weight feedback system which makes the volume adjust easier.
Automatic Capping Machine is making up with cap sorter, cap falling rail, bottle-tightening structure and capping wheels. By the tightening of the belts, the bottles finish the movement of cap scratch, push and capping. It applies to the capping of round and flat bottles. This capping machine is with easy structure and adjustment. When changing the bottle type, you do not need to change the spare part, only adjustment is enough. Because the customer of the 4 liter bottle caps to 70 mm in diameter, the machine’s lid sorter and slot are need to customize.
